Position Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Academic Supervisor to join a distinguished supervisory team at a leading academy specializing in teaching the Quran and Arabic language to non-native speakers. The ideal candidate is deeply committed to educational excellence, possesses strong leadership qualities, and understands the nuances of Arabic101 teaching methods and curriculums.

In this remote role, you will be responsible for overseeing teacher performance, ensuring the quality of the educational process, and providing the mentorship needed to elevate our teaching standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and evaluate teacher performance while providing necessary technical and pedagogical support.
• Provide constructive feedback to educators to guarantee the quality and continual improvement of the educational process.
• Design and deliver periodic training sessions to enhance the professional efficiency and skills of the teaching staff.
• Ensure that teaching methodologies align with the academy’s standards for non-native speakers.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Language Proficiency: Demonstrated excellent level of the English language (both spoken and written).
• Experience: Proven experience of at least 1 year in the field of academic supervision.
• Technical Knowledge: Strong mastery of the Quran (Tajweed and performance) combined with solid knowledge of methods for teaching Arabic to non-native speakers.
• Pedagogical Skills: Extensive knowledge of modern teaching methodologies and experience interacting with international students.
• Technical Setup: Possession of a modern computer/laptop and high-speed internet connection, with high proficiency in using online educational tools.
• Preferred: Priority is given to candidates holding an Ijazah.
