Position Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Arabic Curriculum Developer to design high-quality, engaging educational content for children. The ideal candidate is deeply passionate about teaching the Arabic language, understands how children learn, and is committed to creating meaningful learning experiences that foster comprehension, confidence, and connection.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing age-appropriate curricula, lesson plans, and learning materials that align with sound pedagogical practices and support clear learning outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop comprehensive, age-appropriate Arabic language curricula and learning pathways for children.
• Create structured lesson plans, educational scripts, and learning activities using creative and child-centered teaching methods.
• Ensure all curriculum materials align with defined learning objectives and relevant educational standards.
• Adapt and refine content to reflect effective teaching methodologies and best practices in language instruction.
• Collaborate with educators and stakeholders to ensure materials are engaging, accessible, and developmentally appropriate.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Demonstrated at least 2 years in curriculum development and educational content creation.
• Proven experience designing learning content and activities specifically for children or early learners.
• Strong command of the Arabic language, including grammar, reading, and writing, with the ability to create clear and engaging instructional materials.
• Knowledge of instructional design principles and child-centered learning approaches.
• Educational background in Linguistics, Education, Psychology, or a related field is strongly preferred.
