Welcome to Arabic101 Academy!

We’re honored to have you join our team of dedicated Qur’an and Arabic teachers. Since you’ve made it this far and joined our team, it means that you have something special, and we are very happy that you chose to work with us on this beautiful mission. May Allah accept it from us.

This guide will walk you through everything you need to get started: from setting up your classes to communicating with students and representing the academy.

[IMPORTANT] Why are we here?

Before beginning your teaching journey, remind yourself why you are here

Teaching the Book of Allah and the Arabic language is not just a job to earn a living .. it’s a form of ʿibādah (act of worship) and a trust (amānah). Your intention should be to only and exclusively please Allah, to spread beneficial knowledge, and to guide others toward His Book. You can’t have this intention AND something else. It should only be for the Sake of Allah.

The Prophet ﷺ said:
«إِنَّمَا الأَعْمَالُ بِالنِّيَّاتِ، وَإِنَّمَا لِكُلِّ امْرِئٍ مَا نَوَى»
“Actions are only by intentions, and every person will have only what they intended.”
— Sahih al-Bukhari & Sahih Muslim

Renew your intention daily, and before every lesson:

  • Not for income, but for Allah’s sake.
  • Not for praise, but for reward in the Hereafter.
  • Not for status, but for serving His Book.

When your intention is pure, Allah puts barakah in your time, students, and knowledge.

What makes Arabic101 Academy different from any other academy

At Arabic101 Academy our main focus isn’t having as many students as possible on a subscription plan and learning toward an endless goal where the student doesn’t know where he is and when they have reached their goal. Rather, our method mainly depends on one important component: Learning objectives.

Our most important concept which we expect our teachers to subscribe to is being able to set up clear objectives with your students and then working with the students and guiding them to achieve these goals. We want our students to know where they are now, where they are going, how they can achieve their goal, and when will they have achieved their goals. Therefore, these objectives must be stated clearly and shared explicitly with the students. This also means that your role as a teacher is also to provide insight and guidance to direct your students to the right path and achieve the right goals suitable to their level.

Our Mission

At Arabic101 Academy, our goal is to make learning the Qur’an and the Arabic language not only easy and accessible but also adhering to the highest standards. Accompanying our students on their journey to be grounded in Arabic basics, correct Quran recitation, understanding the Quran in Arabic, and Islamic teachings.

Every teacher here is not only an instructor, but also a role model of Islamic character and sincerity.
