يتم تقييم المعلم يومياً على كفاءة المعايير التالية ومتابعته باستمرار، وفي حال وجود تقصير يؤثر ذلك في التقييم العام للمعلم
(1) مكان العمل:
* غرفة خاصة دون ضوضاء ومشتتات
* عدم وجود أطفال أو رضع بها أو أشخاص حول المعلم
(2) سمت المعلم/ة:
* الطلاب أعاجم ولا يرون سمت وهدي رسول الله ﷺ ولا سمت أمهات المؤمنين كثيراً فيجب أن نكون نحن أول من نتحلى بهذا السمت خاصة للتصدر تعليم الدين وتعليم كتاب الله.
*يفضل للمعلمين: ارتداء العباءة وغطاء الرأس والتحلي بهدي النبي ﷺ في الملبس والمظهر العام (من إطلاق لحية وقص شارب والتبسم في وجه الطلاب)
* ولا يسمح أبداً بارتداء ملابس البيت أو التيشيرت أو الملابس الرياضية.
*أما للمعلمات: يجب ارتداء زي رسمي مع الالتزام بالحجاب الشرعي كاملًا ولا يسمح بالأسدال و خمار الصلاة و الملابس الخاصة بالبيت.
* بالنسبة للمعلمات المنتقبات:
✔ يتم التوضيح للطلاب وأولياء أمورهم من الحصة الأولى بأن المعلمة منتقبة، وأنه يجب أن تكون غرفة الدرس خالية تمامًا من الرجال حتى تتمكن المعلمة من فتح الكامير.
✔ حرصًا على فاعلية الدراسة فالأصل هو كشف النقاب أثناء الحصة مع النساء، أو الطفل الغير بالغ (دون سن العاشرة)
لا تفتح المعلمة الكاميرا قبل التأكد من تحقق هذه الشروط في أول الدرس:
1- فتح الطالب للكاميرا أولا.
2- عدم وجود رجال فوق سن العاشرة
3- الطالب يدرس من مكان خاص وليس مكان عام أو من السيارة
4- وفي حال عدم التزام الطالب بهذه الشروط – وهذا نادر الحدوث إن شاء الله –
* يحق للمعلمة ارتداء النقاب مع لزووم فتح الكاميرا مع التوضيح للطالب لما ترتدي النقاب.
(1) Workplace
- A private room free from noise and distractions.
- No children, infants, or other people should be present around the teacher during lessons.
(2) Teacher’s Demeanor (Conduct and Appearance)
Students are non-Arabs and do not often witness the manners and demeanor of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ or the Mothers of the Believers. Therefore, we must be the first to embody this noble character, especially since we are taking on the honor of teaching religion and the Book of Allah.
For Male Teachers:
- It is preferable to wear an abaya (cloak) and head covering, and to adopt the guidance of the Prophet ﷺ in dress and general appearance (e.g., growing a beard, trimming the mustache, and smiling at students).
- It is strictly prohibited to wear home clothes, T-shirts, or sportswear.
For Female Teachers:
- Must wear official attire and adhere fully to Islamic hijab requirements.
- The isdal, prayer khimar, or home clothes are not permitted.
For Niqab-Wearing Female Teachers:
- Students and parents must be informed from the first lesson that the teacher wears a niqab.
- The teaching room must be completely free of men so the teacher can open her camera.
- For the effectiveness of lessons, the original rule is to uncover the face (remove niqab) during class when teaching women or young boys (under 10 years old).
Before opening the camera, the teacher must ensure the following conditions are met at the beginning of the lesson:
- The student opens their camera first.
- There are no males above the age of ten present.
- The student is studying from a private place, not a public area or car.
- If the student fails to comply with these conditions (which rarely happens, in shā’ Allāh):
- The teacher has the right to keep her niqab on while still opening the camera, and she should explain to the student the reason for wearing the niqab.
