• Use the chatting function of the Internal System Dashboard to communicate with Legacy Students. (please note that all conversations are monitored by Management Team)
• With all other students, we limit the contact to only within the duration of the session.

With Admin/ Management:

• For day-to-day issues and workflow, please use your Teacher’s Whatsapp Group.
• For detailed issues concerning supervision and academic Standards, please contact supervision@arabic101.org
• For complaints and other issues, please email manager@arabic101.org to reach out to management team.

Response Time:

• Reponese to Legacy students questions through the chat is within 4 hours.
• Response time to messages in your Teacher’s Group should be ASAP as long as it is within your available time.
