* يتم تقييم المعلم ومتابعته يومًيا على كفاءة المعايير التالية، وفي حال وجود تقصير يؤثر ذلك على التقييم العام للمعلم

* يجب على المعلم يوم ًيا قبل العمل بوقت مناسب أن يتأكد من جاهزية الجوانب التقنية لأداء وظيفته على الوجه الأمثل.

* يجب إبلاغ الدعم فورًا في حال وجود عطل أو خلل في هذا الجانب ويتعرض المعلم للمساءلة في حال تكرار الأعذار.

* في حال وجود تقصير في الجانب التقني يؤثر على سير الحصة بشكل سلبي ملحوظ ُتلغى الحصة وتتم إعادتها كاملة للطالب.

* بسبب هذه المشاكل التقنية قد يتم إلغاء بعض حصص المعلم وعدم اضافة الطلاب الجدد له.

• The teacher shall be evaluated and monitored daily on their compliance with the following performance standards. Any deficiencies or failure to meet these standards shall negatively affect the teacher’s overall evaluation.
• The teacher shall, each day prior to commencing work, ensure the readiness and proper functioning of all technical tools and systems necessary to perform their duties effectively.
• In the event of any malfunction or technical issue, the teacher shall immediately notify the technical support team. Repeated instances of technical failure or recurring excuses may subject the teacher to disciplinary action.
• Should any technical issue adversely affect the quality or continuity of a class in a noticeable manner, the session shall be considered invalid and must be rescheduled in full for the student.
• Persistent or unresolved technical problems may result in the cancellation of certain classes and the temporary suspension of assigning new students to the teacher until the matter is rectified.
