To save time for yourself and the support team, sharing your availability schedule will make it much easier to get new students, and faster. When sharing your availability, it should eventually look like this:

Giving admins a good idea when they can or cannot plan lessons for you.
Let’s learn how you can set up your availability like indicated above:
1- Go to your schedule (From your main menu)

2- From the botton right corner, click on the [+] button:

3- Once you click on it, it will show a context menu:

Once you see the word [available], your now setting up your availability,
4- Start clicking on the desired time slots on your schedule, it should show dotted lines on your selections:

5- Once you’ve chosen all the available times, click on submit, they should light green:

Now these times are available.
NOTE: the times you already have lessons with students from our academy, should still be considered available times.
6- To set up your unavailability, choose not available from the menu:

7- Click on the desired time slots:

8- Submit

9- White slots, are empty slots, which means if admins schedule something in them, it will appear to you as a request, which you may or may not accept.
9- If your situation changes, and you want to change the slots to available/ unavailable/ empty, follow the same steps, and then submit.
10- Done!
