هام لكل المعلمين:

❗❗
يشترط كتابة التقرير فوراً بعد الحصة وفي حالة تأخير كتابة التقرير سيتم عدم إحتساب الحصة وتعرض المعلم للمسائلة
❗❗
في حالة حضور الطالب يجب (كتابة التقرير بعد الحصة مباشرة)

* في حالة غياب الطالب نستخدم خيار Absent Class


معايير كتابة تقرير الدرس:

يتم تقييم المعلم يومياً على كفاءة المعايير التالية والمتابعة الفورية في حال وجود تقصير

  • يجب على المعلم كتابة التقرير بعد كل حصة أو في نهاية كل حصة مع الطالب ويحرص المعلم على كتابة كافة التفصيل والترشيحات للطالب لأن هذا التقرير بمثابة مرجع للطالب والمعلم (يساعد الطالب في التذاكر والمراجعة وأيضا يساعد المعلم في استرجاع ملف الطالب سريعاً وكتابة التقرير الشهري)
  • يجب أن يكتب التقرير بعناية فائقة ويُبدأ بالسلام ولابد من كتابة اسم الطالب وليس هو أو هي
  • يجب أن يكتب التعليق كله باللغة الانجليزية (أو اللغة التي يدرس بها الطالب) وبدون أخطاء إملائية أو اختصارات الكتابة
  • يجب أن يتضمن بعض التوصيات أو الروابط أو المصادر إثرائية لمساعدة الطالب والاستزادة منها

كيف تكتب تقريرًا جيدًا

To write the perfect report after each session, you are required to include the following points in your report.

1- What was covered in today’s lesson:

Example:
In today’s lesson, we covered:
A. Memorization-Revision-Reading:

  • Surat Al-Masad [from 1 to 3]
  • Surat Al-Nas & Falaq & Nas
  • From Surat Al-Nas till Masad

B. Rules:

* The name of the rule – the name of the book-page(s)
Example: – Qalqalah lesson – Learners’ Handbook of Tajweed page 114
Example: – Letter baa – Arabic literacy page 8


2. Assignments/ Homework

Example:
Memorize – Revise – Listen 


3. Student’s attitude:

Example:
– You are hard-working, Allahumbarek
– You came on time. I really appreciate that
– You did a good job today
– You should work more on your homework.
– You were not focusing today.


4. Student’s performance:

Example:
– Excellent, Allahumbarek
– Super, Allahumbarek
– Very good, May Allah bless you.

Example:
– You memorized well today
– Your recitation is getting better, Allahumbarek
– You were amazing today, keep up the good work
– The memorization wasn’t that good today
– You recite fast without focusing on the Tajweed rules


5. Recommendations

Example:
– You are kindly requested to listen to Shaikh Al-Hussary
– You shouldn’t recite Quran too fast so you can focus on the Tajweed rules
– It’s highly recommended to come on time
– You should do your homework regularly

Sample Report:

Assalamu Alikom wa rahmatullahi wa barakatuh,
Mr. Emad was very good Allahuma barek. May Allah bless him. He memorized Surat Al-Masad [4-5], revised Surat [Al-Nas – Falaq], he recited Surat Al- Masad [1-3] and he read Surat Al-Naba’ from the Mushaf (Quran).
We covered the Qalqalah lesson from the Learners’ Handbook of Tajweed, book page 114. May Allah bless you all.

Homework and assignments

– Memorize Surat Al-Masad
– Revise Surat Al-Ikhlas
– Read Surat An-Nazeaat
– Practice and read Qalqalah from the Learners’ Handbook of Tajweed, book
– Listen to Sheikh Al-Hussary from (Quran.com)
